Consultant Room Rental
Large 25 msq furnished consultant room for rent at Lotus Centre Brookvale. The Lotus centre is an Integrative Health Centre with a range of allied health practioners. All therapists and practitioners are welcome to join us. We are currently looking for a Psychologist, Counsellor, Body worker, Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Shiatsu, Bowen, Kinesiologist, Dietitian/Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, O.T or similar to complement our team.
We also have a shared reception and waiting room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Free access to HICAPS, online booking system, advertising and promotion, WIFI, office equipment such as printer/fax, and phone answering service.
Share with five other serviced rooms and multiple practitioners in great location – Dale St, Brookvale - right opposite the new Warringah Medical Centre. This is the largest community of multi-modality therapists and well-being practitioners on the Northern Beaches – join us and grow your business.
Room rental options:-
- Permanant weekly rental
- Permanant part time daily rental
- Casual rental as and when you need it
Permanant rental choose from:-
- Half day per week: Morning 7.30am - 1.30pm, Afternoon: 2pm - 8pm. Choose one or two max, same days every week.
- Full day: 7.30am - 8pm. Choose one or more days, same days every week.
- Or multiple days per week up to full time
Permanant price List:-
- Half day: $70
- Full day :$100
- 2 days: $180
- 3 days: $250
- 4 days: $300
- 5 days: $350
- Full time $400
Casual price list:-
- $30 per hour session
- $45 per 90 minute session
- $100 half day; morning 7.30am - 1.30pm, Afternoon: 2pm - 8pm.
- $150 full day; 7.30am - 8pm
